Professionals Plus Realty, INC was created in 1999 by a group of REALTORS® who had experience working with other real estate companies. The goal was to create a Real Estate office that focused on a high level of customer service and recognize that the most important part of the real estate transaction is the people involved. The bar was raised by requiring that our agents exceed the amount of continuing education hours required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission and all agents must complete their GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designation.
The goal was never to be the largest company with the most agents; it was not to be the highest producing company; it was not to have the most listings or the most sales. The goal was to help PEOPLE buy, sell, lease, or explore their options with the real estate process, and to help them make the best decisions - whether it be for residential, commercial, multi-family, farm land, subdivision lots, resale homes, or new construction - for their particular needs.
The foundation of the Professionals Plus Realty philosophy is that if we take care of our customers, the numbers will take care of themselves. In 2005 we were selected as the Best Real Estate Office in Tift County in the Tifton Gazette Readers Choice Awards. In 2006 Professionals Plus Realty was the #1 company for residential sales in Tift County. We beat the "big boys" as determined by customers, friends, and clients in our hometown. While we aren't the "oldest" and we aren't the "biggest", we are certain that we are the best. And in being the best, we get to work with wonderful customers and clients, just like you!
